Upon approval, the return process will take an additional 4-5 days to complete, aligning with our policy timeline. 2. Eligibility Criteria: To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition with all tags attached, unused, unworn, and unwashed. Additionally, the original invoice or proof of purchase must accompany the return. 3. Refund Process: Refunds will be initiated upon receipt of the returned product. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your original mode of payment. 4. Discretionary Return Acceptance: We reserve the right to decline returns for items we believe have been used, washed, or soiled.

Damages and Issues:

1.Inspection Requirement: We encourage customers to thoroughly inspect their orders upon arrival. Any damages, defects, or missing items should be reported to our support team immediately.

Exceptions/Non-returnable Items:

1.Excluded Items: Unfortunately, discounted items and gift cards are non-returnable. 2. Sale Order Returns: For items purchased during a sale and subsequently returned, refunds will be issued for the amount paid at the time of purchase, excluding any current product prices.

Exchanges:

1. Exchange Period: You have 3 days from product receipt to request an exchange. Upon approval, the exchange process will take an additional 6 days to complete. 2. Exchange Conditions: The item for exchange must be returned in its original condition, including all tags, unused, and unwashed. Proof of purchase is required for the exchange process. 3. Exchange Procedure: Once the original product is received, the exchange will be initiated. Please allow 6 business days for the exchange to be processed. New shipping details will be provided upon receipt of the original item at our warehouse.

Cancellation Policies:

1.Dispatched Orders: Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled. 2. Cancellation Procedure: If you wish to cancel a dispatched item, you must first receive and then return the order.
